  Tiago was very knowledgeable and professional in addressing an issue that we have with sugar ants. He explained how they were getting into the house and explained what he was going to do and use to deal with the problem. This approach ameliorated the concerns my wife had with the use of chemicals in the kitchen. He addressed all of our concerns to our complete satisfaction and would like to have his services again.
