  If I could leave negative stars I would. First off let me say this I'm not a person to go out of my way to write negative reviews but if this isn't a worthy reason I don't know what is. 4/21/17 I was parked in front of the new balance store waiting on my husband to finish up some business in T Mobile. My son being two spilt a milkshake in my car. As I attempted to clean the mess I sat the cup outside of my car on the ground to finish cleaning up, and planned on taking them to the trash as soon as my husband returned. A few seconds later, an employee from new balance walked out of the store and began yelling and waving her hands at me. My sons window was down and I could here her saying to pick up your trash now. I didn't even respond as I was in shock I was being yelled at by an employee of a store. Not to mention she left customers inside the store to blatently verbally disrespect me. A couple of minutes later he returned, as I was taking the trash to the trash can she flipped me off from inside the store with customers present, my husband in son watching the entire thing. At this point I am livid. I walk in and say how about you mind your own business. She turns around and ignores me. As soon as I left I attempted to call the store to ask for the district managers number. I was rudely accused by George the manager of lying and that a detective with the sapd was called and would be writing me a ticket. Come to find out this was not true at all. He also proceeded to defend her actions. I am astounded that new balance lets there employees behave in this rude and condescending manner to people and potential customers. As far as the products are concerned I can't speak on that subject, but in regards to there customer service I give them an F. I have filed a report with the police department and contacted corporate about this incident.
