  Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was paired with an expert immediately, and he was very nice and professional. They were able to remove a link from my watch quickly, even though it was not a standard sizing. I had an excellent experience here, and will return if I need further assistance. The building is relatively updated and very clean; there was a kids’ area with a small play set and television playing Cars, and to my surprise, an Atari. Furthermore, they played All Star by Smashmouth over the radio. What can I say, I’m a sucker for high culture.
