  I went in to return a cord that I purchased with the help of an employee. I needed a double ended usb. Shortly after my father in law had a heart attack and passed. I was out of town on family matters. Came to return my item and was 3 days past due on the receipt. They would not refund me and gave me store credit instead. Completely rude and misinformed the situation. Managers were too busy chatting instead of hearing my situation.
